Mindful Compassionate Living offers comprehensive Breathworks eight-week mindfulness for stress courses, both online and in-person. 


Mindfulness for Stress Course

This course is ideal for anyone experiencing stress in their life, whether it is due to work, relationships or loss, or any other factor outside your control. It is also suitable for people who wish to learn strategies to overcoming limited patterns and cope with the everyday difficulties and pace of modern life.


In the Mindfulness for Stress course you learn:


- To lower bodily stress and increase a sense of relaxation and wellbeing, become more resilient, calmer, happier and more inspired.

- How to apply mindfulness to all aspects of your life, giving you more choice in how you respond to life’s challenges.

- A number of meditations including Breath meditation, Body Scan meditation, Mindful movement and Kindness meditation.


- How to create Mindfulness in daily life (including a number ‘micro-practices’ that help you to reduce stress while going about your daily activities).


These courses are designed to provide you with effective tools for stress reduction, anxiety management, and overall well-being. Each course is structured to help you develop a sustainable mindfulness practice that can be easily incorporated into your daily routine.
