Welcome! I'm Jonathan, a dedicated mindfulness and meditation teacher specialising in stress reduction. My journey into mindfulness began as a personal quest to overcome anxiety and stress, and it has since blossomed into a fulfilling career dedicated to helping others find peace and balance in their lives.
For many years, I struggled with anxiety and stress, often feeling overwhelmed by the demands of daily life. I sought numerous ways to manage my feelings, but it wasn't until I discovered mindfulness and meditation that I began to see a significant change. Through consistent practice, I learned to quiet my mind, focus on the present moment, and develop self-awareness and cultivate a better relationship with my stress.
The transformative power of these practices inspired me to delve deeper, leading me to pursue formal training with a well respected mindfulness charity 'Breathwork' who adhere to the BABMA best practice guidelines. I became an accredited Mindfulness and Meditation teacher through Breathworks, being able to teach the mindfulness for stress programme. This comprehensive training provided me with the skills and knowledge to guide others on their journey to wellness.
I believe that mindfulness and meditation are accessible to everyone, regardless of their background or experience level. My approach is compassionate and non-judgmental, providing a safe space for you to explore and develop your practice. Whether you're new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your existing practice, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
